How to Win Reason Code 4854
Respond by providing an assertion based on the documentation that you corrected the deficiency that led to the chargeback or otherwise resolved the complaint. You may also provide proof that the chargeback was invalid because the cardholder paid the disputed amount before contracting the merchant or issuer about the dispute. Alternatively, you can also provide an assertion that the chargeback was invalid because the issuer's supporting documentation was not sufficient to substantiate a claim against you.
