The Bank of America, issuer of Visa credit card, refuses to share the merchant response to my claim that I did not receive the services because the merchant was unwilling or unable to provide the goods or services in the timeline. The bank of America, investigators at all times gave inconsistent answers where they did several charge back, but then reversed their decision without giving any reason for their decision. My original dispute with the merchant was that they did not deliver the services per agreement with them and have not shown when and where they have offer such services. The bank appears to side with the merchant and again refused to share the merchant responses to them.
