- Customer Success Manager

Chargeback is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to help drive the company’s sales of our Dispute Management Platform. This role is about connecting, qualifying, and converting.
- Account Executive
We’re expanding the Chargeback sales team and need passionate, tenacious people to come aboard. As a member of the sales team, you’ll identify opportunities, perfect outreach tactics, and research potential clients. You’ll also run demos of Chargeback’s software and help potential clients understand all that Chargeback can do for their business.
- Senior Software Engineer
Software engineers work on automating complex tasks, providing meaningful interfaces to customers and internal employees, and ensuring our products are secure and reliable. We are dedicated to clean, elegant code and robust, highly tested systems.
- Chargeback Analyst
Chargeback analysts play a critical role and must highly detail oriented. Analysts must ensure chargeback representment and documentation to a payment processor on behalf of our clients is complete and without error. Analysts are expected to work efficiently to meet goals and to cross train in other areas of the business to provide exceptional support to our clients. Experience in Quality Assurance is helpful. Full-time position.
