We’re Different (and That’s Okay)
Our myopic focus on the customer leaves little room for inter-office politicking and manipulation tactics. Everyone has the opportunity to innovate, because the environment is one where you can speak your mind and try new things.
That’s not normal and, ultimately, it’s polarizing (anonymous reviews on job search sites can attest to that). But we think that’s what makes it special. Hey, we’re self-aware to know our collective style won’t always jive with every single person. And that’s okay. Because when we do find like-minded individuals, magic happens.
