Account Executive - We’re expanding the Chargeback sales team and need passionate, tenacious people to come aboard. As a member of the sales team, you’ll identify opportunities, perfect outreach tactics, and research potential clients. You’ll also run demos of Chargeback’s software and help potential clients understand all that Chargeback can do for their business.
Chargeback Analyst - Chargeback analysts play a critical role and must highly detail oriented. Analysts must ensure chargeback representment and documentation to a payment processor on behalf of our clients is complete and without error. Analysts are expected to work efficiently to meet goals and to cross train in other areas of the business to provide exceptional support to our clients. Experience in Quality Assurance is helpful.
Data Entry Specialist - Data Entry Specialists are responsible for completing data entry tasks into our internal chargeback management system. Successful candidates will have a strong attention to detail and processes. Analysts are expected to work efficiently to meet goals and to cross train in other areas of the business to provide exceptional support to our clients.
Director of Client Services - The Director of Client Services serves as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries. This role serves as the advocate for our customers within the organization, working with the marketing team to ensure that customer interactions and touch points are positive and consistent.
