How to Win Reason Code AP
To respond ot this chargeback, provide evidence that the cardholder did not cancel the recurring payments plan in accordance with your policy. Or provide evidence that the cardholder did not cancel at least 15 calendar days prior to the posting of the disputed card sale(s). You can also show that the cancellation number provided by the cardholder or issuer was processed correctly as well as any terms you have stating cardholder requirement to pay disputed amounts.
