How to Win Reason Code C28
To respond, provide a copy of your cancellation policy, an explanation of your procedures for disclosing it to the cardholder, and details explaining how the cardholder did not follow the cancellation policy. Alternatively, you can provide proof that the cardholder has not canceled and continues to use the service or receive the goods. As always, if you've issued a credit to offset the disputed charge, provide proof that a credit has already been processed.
