How to Win Reason Code C05
Respond to this chargeback by providing a copy of your cancellation policy or terms and conditions, an explanation of your procedures for disclosing it to the cardholder, and details explaining how the cardholder did not follow the cancellation policy or terms and conditions. If you've already issued a credit, include proof that a credit which directly offsets the disputed charge has already been processed.
