    I am reaching out for assistance regarding claims from a buyer about fraudulent charges on their card. The buyer is in the UK, we are a company in the US, we use PayPal to protect us as the seller and our buyers, right now a customer by the name of Dennis Mathews, address: 41 trumpington road London E7 9EH United Kingdom filed a claim with visa against our company AFTER receiving the product, we find this particular due to the fact a few weeks ago another person with the SAME exact address did the same after receiving the product from us. We feel this is fraud on there behalf, getting the product then filing claims of unauthorized transactions. I am working with PayPal who provided me with this information to help us resolve this case in our favor, we are looking for more guidance from Visa on how to pursue this matter, I hope I am making sense. If someone could contact me soon, I would truly appreciate it.
