You need to create a space where everyone feels supported and valued for innovation to flourish. That means living our core values with an approach rooted in kindness and positivity — but not that “overly-chipper” type of positivity. We temper the saccharin with a good-natured sense of humor and a dash no-nonsense attitude. Instead of hiding from criticism, we face it head on because it points us to the next opportunity to improve our solution and ourselves. At the same time, we also try not to take ourselves too seriously.
