VP of Sales

Chargeback is the industry-leading SaaS platform that takes the pain out of credit card dispute management and already serves many of the most well-known physical/digital goods and subscription retailers in the world. This role will report directly to the CEO and is responsible for defining, developing, and executing on sales processes and methodologies that consistently deliver on revenue growth objectives within our target markets.

Financial Controller

Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will be responsible for the financial reporting, operations, and controls of a rapidly growing international SAAS (Software-as-a-Service) company. The Controller will be a leader in the Company’s rapidly growing Salt Lake City office and help to shape and drive the culture of the organization.

Sales Development Rep (BDR/SDR)

Chargeback is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to help the company generate more discovery calls and demos for our account executives. This role is about connecting, qualifying, and converting. Creative cold-calling skills are a must but you will be working both inbound and outbound leads. You will be expected to hit a quota of ten booked demos per week and will earn a healthy commission for each. Compensation is a Base + Commission and the ability to make six figures is very real with this role.

Chargeback analysts play a critical role and must be highly detail oriented. Analysts must ensure that chargeback re-presentments and documentation sent to payment processors on behalf of our clients are complete and without error.  Analysts are expected to work efficiently to meet goals, cross train in other areas of the business, and provide exceptional support to our clients. Experience in Quality Assurance is helpful.

Data Entry Specialist

Data Entry Specialists are responsible for completing data entry tasks in our internal chargeback management system.  Successful candidates will have a strong attention to detail and processes. Analysts are expected to work efficiently to meet goals and to cross train in other areas of the business to provide exceptional support to our clients.
